Anhar howl: Mbah Marijan Heroes

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Historian Anhar howl say, Mbah Marijan is the hero for the community because he does not flee from its responsibility as caretaker of Mount Merapi volcano as it erupted.
"Mbah Marijan small example of a hero, he got the job and not run away from responsibility. Mbah Marijan this attitude that should be exemplary," said Anhar howl here on Thursday.
Mbah Marijan, caretaker of Mount Merapi, also become victims when a mountain has a height of 2980 meters above sea level (masl) that erupt and release heat clouds on Tuesday (26/10) last. He was found dead in a state of prostration at his home by a rescue team.
"If you want to save yourself Mbah Marijan could have run away when Mount Merapi erupts, but he stayed in his house because it has a responsibility," said Anhar asserted.
Anhar added, the hero does not just come from the top, but could be from a small community because of their services to the nation could be considered a hero.
"But the filing of a hero can not necessarily, it takes a long process and consideration of the appointed team," he added.
According to him, as Mbah Marijan attitude which is responsible for the values that ought to be exemplary, and could be an example because that is needed now is exemplary.
"Hero of the above self, that is willing to sacrifice and who could emulate in addition to other requirements established by the law," he explained asserted.
Towards the Heroes Day commemoration, 10 November, the Ministry of Social propose 10 names who earned his national hero among them is former President Suharto.
